Shipping Policy

Shipping

• Paper prints can take 4-5 days to ship due to packaging and handling.
• Canvas prints are made to order and can take 10-15 days to ship.
• Additional cost for shipping will be applied for original artwork purchases.  
• Commissions can take 6-8 weeks for shipping. It can extend depending upon what the client has requested.

Timeframes

• When purchasing a commission as a gift later in the year, please contact me at denita@denitanecoleart.com to ensure availability.

Rush Orders

• Rush orders can be completed within 2-3 days depending on size of the order. Rush order fees will apply. You will receive an email confirmation if your rush order is accepted and the timeline is accepted. To ensure rush order is processed, please respond to email, calls, or texts as quickly as possible.

Originals are shipped within 5 - 10 days. 

We are currently not accepting international orders. We look forward to accepting orders in the future from our international friends.
